The conviction that you are well prepared to go into competition has a positive effect on self-confidence and the competitive psychology. Professionally designed training and adequate nutrition ...
You want to successfully master a sporting challenge?
Finish an Ironman, complete the gran fondo of your dreams with no problems or set up a new half marathon PB?
If we think about all performance-determining factors - such as talent, genetics, training effort - the easiest way to manage and influence nutrition and training.
Sporting success is not primarily dependent on the volume of training, but on the optimal combination of correctly controlled training, performance-enhancing nutrition and the right recovery. Therefore, it is not the athlete with the largest training scope who wins, but the one who feeds himself optimally and does not train more than necessary.
The supply of energy plays a crucial role in sport. Various factors, such as the intensity or duration of the load, determine how much of which substrate is used to generate energy. Professionals link their diet to a personal training plan. They differentiate between competition and training phases as well as between the goal of the training. Anyone who trains for endurance eats differently than an athlete who needs more muscles. It is therefore crucial to determine and set the right diet for each athlete individually.
Creating training plans requires precise and structured work. Every day we experience new important insights into how our muscles, energy supply and nervous system work. I use this knowledge to plan training stimuli and nutritional interventions at the right time. My working method is based on the PDCA cycle. Plan-Do-Check-Act. This leads to a result-oriented, structured and holistic process with intensive advice and practical support.
The main objective of sports nutrition is to provide the right food type, energy, nutrients, and fluids to keep the body well hydrated and functioning at peak levels. In order to improve performance during exercise and positively influence recovery afterwards, it is important to provide the body with the optimal nutrition before, after and in some cases during exercise. A lot depends on the sport, the individual athlete and their physical condition. Finally, the goals, duration and intensity of the training have an influence.
Be it in competition, in training or in the job without the right nutrition, we will never reach our full potential. In order to optimally activate and develop fat burning, you need the right training and the right nutrition.
The training is based on heart rate zones, individual training zones and threshold performance.
In training and nutritional advice, I rely on scientifically sound methods and facts - I don't follow trends without scientific evidence.
I am not a professional athlete myself, but I understand through my training and work experience how to train.
Therefore I believe that every athlete deserves the best possible individual coaching.
I stand by your side and help you to achieve YOUR goal.
Performance oriented means consistent, concentrated and correct execution of a training and nutrition plan.
In order to be able to increase the level of performance, changes must be made measurable in a timely manner so that the correct training stimuli and dietary adjustments can be steered step by step.
