Why NutriPerformX?

I’ve always done running races and some triathlons every year. My season starts with the Engadiner Ski Marathon in March and ends with the TCS New York City Marathon in November. I’ve always finished the races with good results, however, I knew I could do more but I was missing something. Raphi brings a sense of confidence, trust and care when providing advice. He knows what he’s talking about, and most importantly he knows the science behind it. After completing two performance tests with NutriPerformX, the results indicated that I’m capable of finishing a marathon in around 3 hours, which is no where near my actual PB (i.e. 3:21). That’s when I realised, that what I was missing the whole time, was a structured and tailored training plan to fit my goals and what my body is capable of doing.

From that point, NutriPerformX was the obvious choice.

The Training Plan

Your training plan is prepared a month in advance, which is really convenient to plan your work and personal life. Before you even start, you are asked how many sessions you wish to do per day/week, what time of the day is best for you to train, etc. Visually, you can see a structure throughout the month. Sessions are never the same and they’re all unique and fun! I’ve never done a session thinking to myself I do not want to do this session.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the training plan. And NutriPerformX is constantly checking up on you to make sure you are still happy with your plan.

Progress to Date

Results are noticeable immediately. Now after 3 years, I am faster on the bike and faster when running. Brick sessions are much easier to do. Moreover, my HR zones have improved, as I am now able to sustain a long and hard effort without getting cramps or feeling sore the next day.
On top of that, I feel healthier, fitter, I sleep better, etc. It has definitely brought a balance to my life.

My Goals:

Marathon – sub 2:50 hours (NEW)
Engadin Skimarathon – sub 2 hours.
Half-Marathon – sub 1 hour 30 min.
Ironman 70.3 – sub 5 hours.
Ironman – sub 10 hours.
